We have already gathered some experience selling our rainbow products and therefore want to share some comments about ordering in a situation where the product is needed for a specific day. For example, for some event or birthday of a loved one.
We observe a repeated situation that with the approaching date of any mass events such as marches or parades, the interest in our products increases significantly. There is a large group of people who make purchases at the last minute. And, unfortunately, almost every time one or more people do not receive the product they buy on time. Which results in disappointment and dissatisfaction.
Below is a handful of information why it is risky to order at the last minute and how to do it in order not to stress or it will happen.
As all printed products are produced upon receipt of the order, they are not shipped immediately. At the moment, the average production queue in our printing house is 1-2 working days. This means that a product ordered on Monday will most likely ship on Wednesday. The same applies to orders placed over the weekend.
The second aspect that affects the waiting time for the purchased product is the type of shipment chosen by the buyer. Pocztexy arrive on the second day in 90% of cases. Within 48 hours. Priority registered letters usually get there within 48 hours. On the other hand, economic registered letters can travel up to a week (of course not always).
So if you need a T-shirt for Saturday and order it on Wednesday by choosing an economic letter, it does not bode for success.
Our observations show that Monday is still quite safe. Orders on Tuesday are better processed by the Pocztex service.
Of course, if you order at the last minute, we will try to ship it as soon as possible, but remember that it may fail.
